Request a Repeat Prescription

We require 48 hours notice to process repeat prescriptions. Please take into account weekends and bank holidays

If a prescription is required urgently please fill out the form and submit but also contact reception to advise of the urgency.

Only medications that you are taking regularly can be requested. For all other prescriptions please make an appointment with your doctor

Repeat Prescriptions can be requested for up to 6 months. However this does not guarantee that a prescription of this duration will be issued as your doctor may request a review appointment before prescribing for this length.

Written requests can be posted or dropped into the designated box at reception and the prescription will be emailed to your designated pharmacy
